Orders and delivery details
Check your name, mobile number, city, address and delivery location before submitting an order. Keep your order number for customer service follow-up. You can track the order from your account. Changes after submission are reviewed by customer service according to the preparation and delivery stage.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Creating an order or returning from a payment gateway does not by itself confirm payment collection. For bank transfers, enter the transfer reference and send the receipt to customer service for verification. Any option marked as a test is for testing and does not represent a real payment.
Shipping and receipt
Delivery options and charges appear at checkout. Contact customer service with your order number to confirm delivery timing or follow up on a delay. When receiving an order, check the product and packaging and retain evidence of any damage or discrepancy.
